Introduction
Have you ever wondered what happens after you place an order and how our fantastic musical instruments make their way to you? Join us for an online tour of our distribution centres!
Our Global Distribution Network
We operate worldwide, with distribution centres and partner warehouses in the USA, Canada, the UK, Australia and Germany. In the United States we have five centres—three on the West Coast and two on the East Coast. The first US centre founded by Donner is in Los Angeles (California); the others are in Fontana (California), Azusa (California), Bordentown (New Jersey) and Hebron (Kentucky). Our UK centre is in Wolverhampton. In Australia we have two centres: one in Sydney and one in Melbourne. And our German distribution centre is in Euskirchen.
How Our Distribution Centres Work
In each facility, our logistics teams work efficiently to ensure fast, on‑time delivery for you and all our customers. We call them distribution centres rather than mere warehouses because our staff not only store products but also pick, pack and ship every order. At our main centres, the bulk of orders is processed daily and dispatched directly to customers. Despite high volumes, we guarantee every order leaves in perfect condition and arrives quickly.

How to find our central warehouse
Service Process
Receiving Goods
Products are shipped directly from the factory and delivered by truck to the inbound area of our distribution centre. There they are carefully unloaded by hand or forklift. Large items are palletised and stored in designated zones; smaller items are placed on shelving. Each item is inspected before storage to rule out transport damage.
Storage Conditions
Many of our instruments combine wood and electronics, so we maintain constant temperature and humidity controls in our warehouses to protect sound quality and product integrity. Our facilities are chosen to avoid extreme fluctuations, ensuring your order remains in perfect condition.
Order Picking
When orders arrive, our team members go to the relevant storage zones and pick each item by hand. Unlike some companies that use robots, we prefer manual picking to handle heavy or delicate instruments carefully and ensure every order is correct. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Quality Check & Delivery Planning
After picking, we verify order details and inspect each product’s condition. We then select the best dispatch location—either the local centre or another warehouse—to ensure the fastest delivery and avoid delays. This process helps us maintain our commitment to timely, accurate fulfilment.
Packing
Items pass a final quality check before being resealed in their original packaging. We wrap them in multiple layers of durable polymer film and pack them in sturdy cartons or crates. Fragile products receive additional foam protection. These steps guarantee your instruments arrive undamaged.
On‑Time Shipping
We partner with DHL, GLS, UPS and others to offer 2–3 business‑day delivery within Germany. For other EU countries, transit may take slightly longer. We’re expanding our network to shorten delivery times further. During major sales events we stock extra inventory to meet demand and ensure your orders arrive on schedule.
Pandemic Safety Measures
Since COVID‑19, we’ve intensified sanitisation of products, packaging and warehouse areas. Before departure, instruments and unpacked packages are disinfected, and final cartons are misted with a safety spray. We recommend you also sanitise packaging upon receipt.
Stay safe and healthy!
Inventory Management
We regularly audit inventory and maintain ample stock reserves, ensuring availability during peak promotions like Black Friday, Christmas and New Year. Our spacious warehouses allow us to keep your desired instruments in stock, so you never need to worry about availability.
