Gave this as a gift. Recipient LOVES it. States that if he were blind folded, he would not know that he is not at a full piano keyboard. Brilliant, Stylish, space saving and lovely. When he practices, he can turn the volume down so that the rest of us do not hear the practice. We are very pleased with this!

This piano was such a good purchase - it sounds great, the keys feel like real piano keys, and it’s got some seriously amazing midcentury modern vibes goin’ on. The only downside: the product details say it is wood - perhaps the body of the piano is wood…covered by a layer of plastic that looks very wood-like. Additionally, the legs are metal ALSO covered in something that make them appear very wood-like as well. Normally, this would gross me out but whatever they did works and the piano never stops getting compliments when people see it.

I needed a piano bad but I wanted something that looked nice. This fit the ticket. It has wonderful sound and a place for head phones (my poor mother doesn't want to listening to me hammering away at the scales at 8AM) and it takes up nearly no room at all. It doesn't come with a stool which is fine I have several in storage and snatched one. I am disappointed that it didn't come with a key cover as I have a cat that likes to lay on keys and of course hair gets everywhere. So for now I'm just using an over sized body towel my sister brought back as a souvenir from a nudist retreat.

I played an acoustic piano for years, then had a small keyboard--I wanted another full sized piano but I have baseboard heat--the only space for a piano would be near it and that would damage an acoustic. So I took the chance of buying this piano and it's great. The feel is close and the sound is as good or in some ways enhanced if you want higher volume. You can also use earphones and can move this easily though it is somewhat heavy, not too heavy to move around by yourself. Had no issues upon assembly, which is very simple. Bought a black bench to go with it. It's got a classic yet modern ish look so goes with different styles well. Happy with the purchase.

I really love my Donner DDP-80 digital piano. It’s the perfect addition to my *aesthetic* little condo. Not only does it aesthetically look GORGEOUS, it also plays AMAZING. The fully weighted keys were important to me, as I grew up playing the piano. I knew I wanted weighted keys, but also compact, and didn’t want to forfeit on either aspect. Luckily, this piano is the best of both worlds! I definitely would recommend this to anyone ranging from beginner to tenured player. Next Donner product on my list is to get the matching brown seat/bench. Thank you, Donner team, for being a wonderful company and product line, and for giving me a reason to pick up the piano again!

I love this piano! First off it’s so beautiful to look at and the sound is actually so similar to a real piano. The real wood makes it have a resonance that other keyboards don’t have and it’s so easy to play. It looks stunning in my apartment. I’m so happy with my purchase!

I love this piano, doesn’t feel like a keyboard at all. Set up was easy, plugged in the headphones and I’m off and playing. The weighted keys feel just like a real piano, couldn’t be happier! I also like the style, it has a mid century look to it that fits right in with our taste.

We were drawn to this piano because of its clean mid century modern design & warm wood color. We also liked that it wasn’t huge so it would fit our space well. This piano has beautiful sound & plays just like a no digital piano with cords. Highly recommend this piano.

Just as advertised. Even tone and a nice solid feel to the keys. Retro mid century vibe. Functional and fun. One note: anyone wanting to hook up modern external computers as an output should be prepared to get a USB adaptor, but that’s a trifle compared to the value this piano provides.

I bought this for my mother who recently moved into an assisted living facility. She has played piano her whole life and could not take her piano with her. She wanted to try a keyboard, but I was concerned the feel of the strike would be unsatisfactory for her. When I found this electric piano, I bought it immediately for her birthday. I was very surprised when it was delivered from NJ to DE in 3 days (I had expected a much longer delivery time). My husband put it together alone in no more than an hour (including unpacking it). My concern when ordering it was whether mom could sit in her wheelchair and play it. The height is good, and she loves the feel of the keys and the sound it produces. A bonus is that you can adjust the volume so a headphone is not needed (but possible). The ONLY challenge for her is the on/off switch - it is on the back of the piano. It’s hard for her to reach, but she can do it. And it turns off automatically after 15 minutes of not being played (so she can’t keep it on). Overall, this is an awesome piano that looks and sounds great! Terrific find!

Idk why the guy below was expecting a real wooden digital piano… the quality of the veneer is good. It’s easy to put together. My only issue is that the music stand is not nearly tall enough for sheet music. My sheet music just kind of hangs over it, which is a real bummer.

LOVE this piano. The sound is simply lovely and quite comparable to the sound of a traditional piano. Love how little space it takes up and how it not only blends in, but compliments any space it's in. My only qualm is turning the piano on and off is a bit more difficult than it should be.

Exceptional in every way! Incredible sound quality and volume, perfectly weighted keys, & gorgeous design. Rich, stunning color and quality materials; matches our living room furniture beautifully (it’s difficult to tell it isn’t real wood from across the room!). Great pedals and jacks for accessories like headphones (our Sony headphones are a perfect match). Assembly was so quick and easy! Arrived in perfect condition; their packers/shippers did an AMAZING job. We are absolutely thrilled and only wish we’d purchased this sooner; this has brought so much joy and beauty into our home!

I have had the piano and chair for about a month and so far I love it. My husband and I bought if for our daughters to start learning piano but we are the ones currently using it. It was easy to set up and love the overall aesthetic.

Love the beautiful lines and warm tones of this unique piece. The sound is lovely for a digital piano. The only drawback is lack of a bench to go with this unique piece, it’s been quite difficult to find a good match and seems to be an oversight.

This digital piano is really good at imitating the feel of a real piano. It is no frills, no other digital effects, just a great piano sound, wonderfully weighted keys and realistic sustain from the pedals. I personally enjoy the feel of this digital piano much more than other digital pianos I have tried that are thousands of dollars more expensive…and I’m a harsh critic of most digital pianos

I used to play seriously when I was a kid, but haven't had the time/space/equipment to do so in a meaningful way in over 30 years. This instrument is fantastic -- 88 keys, weighted, so the action feels like a real piano. Piano itself is compact and stylish and blends in nicely with the house/decor. Love the fact that I can put headphones on and bang away without disturbing the rest of the house. Really great buy! Looking forward to many hours getting back up to speed.

Item came slightly damaged on both ends right at the end of the keyboard. Don’t want the hassle of trying to return so I’ll live with it I guess. Otherwise the key board is as expected and performs well for my needs. Thank you

Waited for this to come back in stock and snagged it when it did. It’s beautiful in person and doesn’t take up a ton of space. Keys are weighted just like a full-size piano. Definitely would buy it if you’re in the fence.

I absolutely love my Donner piano. I've had it for three weeks so far. It plays beautifully and feels incredibly acoustic, but with perks like being able to connect to a midi and and the option to plug in your headphones! The pedals also give the piano an acoustic feel, so it's a wonderful blend of acoustic and digital! The weighted keys are also well designed and have even sounds across all 88 keys. My piano instructor loved the piano so much they also purchased one too!

Piano is nice but this company added me to some kind of spam text and call list and am now getting 5-6 calls a day as well as texts that reference the company’s name. Probably best not to give them your phone number or to order from a reseller.

Got the item very quickly and it was easy enough to set up! It's super cute, everything works and I'm really happy! Love the sound quality. Only thing is that I think the "weighted keys" don't feel as natural as other weighted keyboards I've used but for the price this is amazing. Highly recommend.

Excellent quality for this price point and a good instrument for a beginner. Wish Donner brown bench was not sold out online because I had to repurpose an entryway bench to use with this due to lack of brown bench piano inventory. But it works, in a pinch, although the height and as a result the elbow placement is not quite right.

The piano itself is good. It sounds and feels great. The material of the body feels kind of cheap, but I guess that’s what you get for the price. It has more orange tint than the pictures on the website so if you’re getting this specifically for the looks, keep that in mind. I had a weird experience with customer service. I had purchased the piano and didn’t get a shipping notification for over a week. I reached out and they said that they were out of stock, while in the website it said they had plenty in stock. A couple days later they emailed me and said they had some in stock. It was quite a frustrating experience. The piano arrived in good shape though. For the price, I think it’s good overall.

I used to have an upright acoustic and wasn’t too excited about getting a digital piano but this digital piano is great! I love how it looks and if you want it just to play piano without the extra features that other electric pianos have that maybe you wouldn’t use anyway, then it’s perfect.

This is a wonderful piano. I am a beginner, who used to play 'by ear', just for fun. I am retired now and this is the perfect piano for me. I am SO enjoying playing, and learning all over again. I’ve sent an email to customer service but have not received a response as of today. One of the keys is messed up. It sits lower than the other keys and lifts higher than the other keys. It is very loose. I hope that Donner will resolve the issue asap! Otherwise it is a great looking digital piano. I recently gave it to my son for his 21st birthday. Nice & sleek.

Bought one on Black Friday and just put it together, it’s very nice aesthetically and quality wise. The left front side is missing some of the wood panel as shown in the photos but I’m just gonna leave it as it’s minor. As long as the piano works as it should which it does that’s all I wanted. Definitely worth the purchase.
