I’m a senior in my 60s and just starting to learn the drums. The set arrived recently and I’ve just begun playing — I’m really excited because hearing the sounds makes practice so much more fun! I can’t comment on durability yet, but for a beginner kit at this price, I think it was a great purchase. As expected, the included stool and headphones are more like simple extras (which is understandable for the price), so I’m giving it four stars.

Donner has thoughtfully included a variety of pre-loaded songs, making it easy for users to start playing along and practicing.

First drum kit of any kind.. so far I enjoy it. The throne is a bit uncomfortable but other than that it's great. Easy to assemble. Great variety of sounds and drum kits.. the songs you play along to are a bit generic. Would have liked to have seen better songs. A few of them are great. Most.. not so much. Would be nice to have add on drums, pedals, and cymbals to buy to add on to the kit but is not available. Firmware upgrades for the module to add kits and songs would be a great feature to add which is absent from this set. For beginners and new drummers this is a great set. Though it is limited it still sounds great and is a lot of fun to play. For a beginner this is a solid set and will work out great. The mesh heads are nice and bouncy. I'm having a lot of fun plugging in my phone with an aux cable and jamming to any music I want to. I do reccomend this set to those looking for a decent priced starter set to play. Though very limited it is still great for what it is.. everything comes needed and it's open, assemble, and jam at a great price.. I've seen much cheaper ones that just not are the same quality as this. More of a budget set.. but you get exactly what you pay for here. Good shipping and packaging as well.
